If your delivery address is within a 120-mile radius of Boulder, Colorado, you qualify for our dedicated local delivery route.

  • Delivery Day: Local deliveries are made every Thursday.

  • Delivery Process: Our local team will handle your panels with care, ensuring they arrive safely without the need for third-party freight hand-offs.

National Shipping (Out of State & Outside Local Radius)

For customers outside our 120-mile local radius or in different states, we ship your order directly from our Colorado warehouse using trusted freight partners.

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard national shipments typically arrive within one week of order placement.

  • Tracking: Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

Important Note on Receiving Oversized Items

Some of our products, such as the PrimePulse, Beats, and Wave panels, are shipped as large freight due to their length and weight.

  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided can accommodate large delivery vehicles.
